Stampin Up! Floral Essence Get Well Card

Hi everyone!

I cannot believe that I did not blog this card! I made this card a couple of weeks ago and completely forgot to blog it! So here it is, made with the beautiful Floral Essence stamp set and the leaves are coloured with watercolour pencils. I embossed the bottom half of the card with the retiring Ruffled Embossing Folder. The "get well soon" sentiment is from Healing Hugs stamp set. Stampin Up! No Line Watercolouring Floral Essence To A Wild Rose Card

Hi everyone,

Today I am sharing an easy no line watercolouring card, using Stampin Up! Floral Essence, To A Wild Rose stamp set and dies and the Subtle 3D folder. You may purchase these items through my online store at http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/pepperlyrose/

The method of no line watercolouring was something I was very intimidated by and when I tried it. I had made a very big mess of it, so I decided to try a different way of doing this method. I found that using my beloved watercolour pencils with either a blender pen or aqua painter, was by far the best way for me. Using watercolour paper is by far the best option as you can move the colour around easily, but I also found that using Whisper White cardstock is also possible with great results using a blender pen.
